My First Millennium
The documentary of the making of “The Wall of Hopes and Dreams” – currently installed at the Roosevelt Subway Station, Chicago, IL
The project began in the summer of 1999 at the Chicago Field Museum. Word went out via newspaper, television and word of mouth–all willing people were allowed to participate, to come and carve their own clay tile to be put in the mosaic wall at Millennium Park. But even the best laid plans can be shelved for years until the right situation for the appropriate installation arises. In brief, stuff happens and still it can work out. Currently in post production.
